Bespoke and Made to Measure Terms
Draft for early testing. To be reviewed before full public launch.
These terms apply to bespoke and made-to-measure frames designed and made for you.
1. The process — Bespoke work follows consultation, design, approval, making, fitting and collection. We confirm scope, timescales and price before making begins.
2. Payment — We may take a deposit to begin and the balance at agreed stages or before collection. Deposits secure your slot and cover design and materials.
3. Custom-made — no cooling-off cancellation — Because each bespoke frame is made to your specification, it is exempt from the standard 14-day online cancellation right once we have begun work. If you cancel after work has started, we may retain a deposit to cover design and materials already committed.
4. Approval — You approve the design before we make it. Once approved, changes may affect price and timescale, or may not be possible.
5. Fit adjustments — Minor fit adjustments after collection are included as described; significant changes requested after approval may be chargeable.
6. Faults — Your statutory rights apply. If a bespoke frame is faulty or not as agreed, we will put it right.
7. Liability — We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price of the bespoke order.
8. Governing law — England and Wales.
