Our VAT registration number is GB 443823983. These terms govern your use of the website and any purchase you make through it.

1. Using the website — You may use this website lawfully and responsibly. You must not misuse it, attempt to access restricted areas, upload unlawful content, submit false information, copy protected content without permission, or interfere with how the website works.

2. Your account — You may create an account to buy, to apply as a maker, or to access business tools. Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Who you are buying from — Eyewear Ltd is the seller for every product sold through this website, including frames presented by independent makers in our marketplace. Your contract of sale is with Eyewear Ltd. Makers supply frames to us under separate Maker Terms, and we remain responsible to you as the seller.

4. Orders and contract — Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example a pricing error, lack of stock, or if we cannot verify your details — and will refund any payment already taken.

5. Prices and payment — Prices are in pounds sterling. We state where VAT is included. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

6. Marketplace and makers — Maker profiles and product listings are reviewed before publication, but makers are independent businesses. We curate for quality and consistency; approval and continued listing are at our discretion.

7. Intellectual property — Website content, branding, designs and photography belong to Eyewear Ltd or our makers and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Our responsibility to you — Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be excluded under law. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order, and we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss.

9. Changes — We may update these terms; the version published when you place an order applies to that order.

10. Governing law — These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
