The client portal is a live view of what we are making for your practice. Approved partners see production status against each order, order history and account details in one place. Access is granted to practices with an existing account.
Send prescription lens orders to our East London lab
Lens Orders is the trade portal for prescription glazing. Approved opticians submit patient prescriptions, lens choices and frame details, and the lab reviews the order before cutting. Consumer lens orders are placed by adding lenses to a frame on the marketplace, not through this portal.
Made to measure eyewear platform for opticians and brands
M2M Eyewear is the platform we use to run the made-to-measure service. Practices submit patient measurements and design choices; the frame is then made to those measurements in our East London workshop and returned to the practice for dispensing.
