Patient-sized frames, made under your practice
Made to measure sits between stock frames and full bespoke. Each pair is built to the patient's measurements from a proven design system, so fit issues that stock frames cannot solve — small bridges, short temples, unusual PD, asymmetric ears — are handled at the making stage rather than at dispensing.

How the process runs
- Step 01
Measure in practice
The patient is measured in your practice using the guidance and tools we agree with you at account setup.
- Step 02
Submit the order
Measurements, design choice and any acetate preference are submitted through the M2M Eyewear platform.
- Step 03
Making
The frame is CNC cut, heat formed, cored, riveted and hand polished in our East London workshop, sized to the patient.
- Step 04
Glazing and dispatch
If prescription lenses are ordered with the frame, glazing happens in the same building before dispatch to the practice.
- Step 05
Fitting
The patient is fitted in your practice; adjustments are handled through your normal dispensing workflow.
Order quantities and timelines are agreed per project, once the brief is confirmed.
