Private label covers everything from design support and material selection to production, glazing and packing. Frames leave the workshop already labelled and boxed to your specification, ready to sell in practice or online.

How the process runs

1. Step 01

   Brand and range brief

   We agree the number of models, the audience and the tone the range needs to hit.

2. Step 02

   Design and drawings

   We work up production drawings from your references, existing shapes or our shape library — whichever route suits you.

3. Step 03

   Samples

   Each model is sampled in production acetate so the colour, fit and finish are approved before scale.

4. Step 04

   Production and finishing

   Frames are CNC cut, heat formed, cored, riveted, tumbled and hand polished. Your temple engraving, stamping and any interior branding is applied at this stage.

5. Step 05

   Glazing and packing

   Optional prescription glazing happens in the same building. Frames are labelled and packed to your specification for delivery.

Order quantities and timelines are agreed per project, once the brief is confirmed.
