Gift Card and Bespoke Payment Terms

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken securely by card through Stripe at the time of purchase. You receive an email receipt once payment is confirmed.

The consultation deposit secures a bespoke consultation in our studio or online. It is credited in full toward the final price of your bespoke frame. We will contact you to arrange a date.

The commission advance is a payment toward a bespoke frame, which starts from £850. It is not a fixed price for every specification. The final price, design, materials, lens choice and estimated timing are agreed with you at the consultation before any making begins. Lenses and extra options may be quoted separately. If the agreed price is lower than the advance, we refund the difference.

A gift card is monetary credit toward bespoke frames and related bespoke services from Eyewear Ltd. It cannot be exchanged for cash, except where the law requires, and is not valid for courses, the marketplace or trade services.

Gift cards can be used in part. Any remaining balance stays on the card. If the bespoke work chosen costs more than the balance, the difference is paid at the time.

Gift cards issued from 1 November 2026 have no expiry date unless a different date is shown on the card at purchase.

Treat the code like cash. Anyone holding it can use the balance. Tell us straight away if it is lost or stolen; we can place a hold on any unused balance where we are able to verify the purchase.

You may cancel a deposit, advance or unused gift card within 14 days of purchase for a full refund by emailing start@itseyewear.com. If you ask us to begin design work within that period, we may deduct a proportionate amount for work already done.

Once your bespoke frame has been made to your agreed specification, the bespoke terms apply. If a gift card purchase is refunded or reversed by the card issuer, the corresponding credit is removed from the card.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
