No. Consumer lens orders are placed by adding lenses to a frame from the marketplace. Practices place lens orders through the B2B Lens Orders portal.

Which lens categories are available?

Single vision and varifocal lenses in indexes 1.5, 1.6, 1.67 and 1.74, plus coatings and tints. The exact catalogue shown at checkout is the definitive list of options for that frame.

Which frame mounts do the lenses fit?

Full rim, supra and rimless frames. Some mounts have a minimum lens index — the configurator enforces this before you can order.

Do opticians need an account to order glazing?

Yes. Trade glazing is limited to approved trade partners with an account, set up before any work is booked.
