Shipping Policy

Where we ship — The United Kingdom. International shipping is being rolled out and will be confirmed at checkout.
Dispatch and delivery times — In-stock and ready-to-ship frames are typically delivered within around 2 weeks. Made-to-order frames, bespoke work and glazed lenses are produced to order and typically take between 2 and 8 weeks depending on the piece; we confirm a timeframe when you order.
Who ships your order — Orders are fulfilled either from our East London workshop or directly by the maker, depending on the item. Either way, Eyewear Ltd remains your point of contact.
Costs — Shipping costs and any available options are shown at checkout.
International orders — Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Risk and delivery — Risk passes to you on delivery. If an order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly.
