Shipping & Delivery
Last updated: 11 July 2026 · Draft for solicitor review before full public launch
Where we ship
The United Kingdom. International shipping is being rolled out and will be shown at checkout where available.
Who ships your order
For a marketplace frame without prescription lenses, the independent maker ships the frame directly to you.
For a marketplace frame with prescription lenses, the maker ships the frame to our London lab first for glazing, and we then dispatch the finished glasses to you.
For lens-only or lab-only orders, dispatch is from our London lab.
Either way, Eyewear Ltd remains your point of contact for the order.
Indicative timeframes
Ready-to-ship frames (maker holds stock): typically around 2 weeks to your door.
Made-to-order frames from a maker: typically 2 to 8 weeks depending on the piece; the maker's lead time is shown on the listing.
Frames + prescription lenses: add roughly 5 to 10 working days at our lab for glazing on top of the frame lead time. Complex prescriptions or specialist lens materials can take longer; we will let you know.
Bespoke: agreed with you as part of the commission.
These are indicative, not guaranteed. We will contact you if anything is running late.
Costs
Shipping costs and any available options are shown at checkout.
International orders
Where we ship internationally, any import duties or taxes on arrival are your responsibility.
Risk and damaged deliveries
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If an order arrives damaged, contact us promptly at start@itseyewear.com with photos so we can put it right.
