We glaze prescription lenses into customers' frames, into frames from our marketplace and into private label frames we have made. The lab sits in the same building as the manufacturing workshop, so the people cutting lenses and the people making frames are one team.

How the process runs
- Step 01
Trade account setup
Approved trade partners are set up with an account and pricing before any work is booked.
- Step 02
Submit the order
Orders are placed through the B2B Lens Orders portal with prescription, lens choice and any coatings or tints.
- Step 03
Prescription review
The lab reviews the prescription and flags anything that will affect the lens choice or the frame before cutting.
- Step 04
Cutting and coating
Lenses are cut, edged, coated and assembled into the frame in the lab.
- Step 05
Check and dispatch
Finished frames are inspected against the order and dispatched to the practice.
Order quantities and timelines are agreed per project, once the brief is confirmed.
